Viewing begins at 4:00 pm. Auctions begin promptly at 6:00 pm.
Arrive EARLY to register so you are ready when the auction begins. We DO NOT wait to start until everyone is registered.
Terms of the auction are:
•Picture ID required to register
•All items sold AS IS
•Cash or check ONLY
•No credit cards accepted. There is NOT an ATM on site. Come prepared.
•NO OUT OF STATE CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
•Checks will be accepted with MN Driver’s License or MN State ID only
•Address on Driver’s License or ID must be the same as address on the check
•7.775% Sales Tax Applies
•NO Buyers Premium
•There is not food or drinks available on site.
•Auctions last approxmiately 1 - 1.5 hours.
•Items must leave the day of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
We do not have web based auctions at this time.
